How much does it cost to complete a project with you?
Our project pricing is strictly individual and depends on your specific needs. It’s similar to building a house: until we know how many floors, rooms, and materials you want, we cannot provide an exact estimate. We can calculate a precise cost only after we detail which services (Branding, Website, AI) and what volume of work you require.
How does the payment process work?
Standardly, we use a 40/60 system: 40% before the project begins (for resource planning) and 60% after the project is fully completed and launched. However, we are always ready to discuss negotiations and adapt to your financial schedule.
Is monthly support a separate service?
Yes. Monthly support is a separate service that begins after the project is completed. This is a contract ensuring the uninterrupted operation of your site, and its cost is billed separately. The package and its price are determined in advance, by agreement with you.
How does AI integration help us?
AI helps you save time and reduce costs. It automates routine tasks (such as answering questions or organizing data) and provides you with accurate information for business development.
What is UI/UX and why is it important?
UI (User Interface) is how the site looks (beauty), while UX (User Experience) is how it works (convenience). We create designs where beauty and functionality are one, so that the customer can easily reach the purchase or the desired information.
How much time is needed for full logo and branding creation?
Design that works takes time. The brand identity phase—which includes strategy, the logo, and final approval of the visual language—typically lasts 2–4 weeks.
Do you provide a guarantee after project completion?
Of course. For 30 days following the project launch, we are fully responsible for fixing any technical "bugs" or errors identified on our end.
How is communication handled during the working process?
You will have a dedicated contact person from our team who will answer all your questions and ensure rapid feedback. We choose communication channels (Email or meetings) based on your personal preference and comfort.
What happens if I need to change something after the project is handed over?
f it is a minor change (text correction, replacing an image), it is included in the monthly support package. If you require a large change—such as adding significant new functionality—we will treat it as a separate, independent task.
